5 vanilla beans
1 cup sugar
½ cup water


Instructions

  • Scrape out the seeds using a knife, reserving the pods.

2: Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender, combine vanilla seeds, pods, sugar, and water.
  • Blend until smooth.

  • Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the paste reaches the desired thickness.
