Instructions
1: Prepare the Vanilla Beans
- Slice each vanilla bean lengthwise.
- Scrape out the seeds using a knife, reserving the pods.
2: Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender, combine vanilla seeds, pods, sugar, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
3: Simmer to Thicken
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
- Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the paste reaches the desired thickness.
4: Store Properly
- Pour the cooled paste into a sterilized jar.
- Store in a cool, dark place for up to one year.
