Introduction
When I think of comfort food that’s easy, fun, and absolutely satisfying, Sloppy Joe Sliders and Potato Wedges come to mind. I first made these for a game night with friends, and they disappeared faster than you could say “seconds!” These mini sandwiches are a nostalgic nod to the classic Sloppy Joe but served in slider form—perfectly portioned and totally crave-worthy. Paired with crispy, seasoned potato wedges, this dish is great for parties, casual dinners, or even a fun weeknight meal for the family.

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions
Sloppy Joe Sliders:

Brush melted butter over tops of buns and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and warm.
Potato Wedges:
- Prep the Wedges:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Bake:
