3. Honey-Glazed Carrots

    • Carrots (sliced or baby)

    • Honey

    • Butter

    • Cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

4. Avocado Corn Salad

    • Avocados

    • Sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

    • Red onion, lime juice, cherry tomatoes

    • Cilantro

5. Mashed Cauliflower (Low-Carb Option)

    • 1 head cauliflower

    • Cream cheese or plain Greek yogurt

    • Garlic powder, salt, pepper


Instructions

Step 1: Season Your Tilapia

Pan-fry it with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest. That’s all it takes to make it flavorful and golden.

Step 2: Prep Your Sides
